What is the difference between Blow and Draw notes?

Blow notes are produced by exhaling (pushing air out) and create lower pitched notes. Draw notes are produced by inhaling (pulling air in) and create higher pitched notes in the same hole.

How are Blow and Draw notes written in tabs?

Blow notes are just numbers (e.g. "4"). Draw notes have a minus sign or parenthesis (e.g. "-4" or "(4)").
